"Helped eventually, but took a bit"
I ordered something from redcrossstore.org and ended up reaching out to customer service with a shipping question. Not sure if they were backed up or what, but it took a couple days to hear back, which was a little annoying.
Once they did respond, the answer was useful and it pretty much cleared things up. So I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kinda slow compared to what I was expecting.
"Fell apart way too soon"
I picked up this first aid kit thinking it would be something sturdy to keep around for emergencies, but it didn’t really hold up. After just some light use, the case ended up cracking, which was frustrating. The zippers also feel kind of cheap, like they might give out any time. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but for the price, I definitely thought it would be better quality. Disappointed overall.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
The site was the problem here. It was slow, clunky, and the cart kept refreshing for no reason. Then checkout wouldn’t accept my info correctly, so I had to start over twice. At that point, I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

"I had a frustrating time trying..."
I had a frustrating time trying to return something I ordered from Red Cross Store. It should’ve been simple, but it turned into one of those annoying tasks I kept putting off while my coffee got cold on the kitchen counter.
I reached out about getting a refund, and the whole thing just went in circles. The replies took a while, and when they did come back, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to explain the same details more than once, including the order info and what I was trying to return.
It still hasn’t been fully sorted out, which is ridiculous for a basic return. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless their customer support gets better, because this was way more hassle than it needed to be.

"Fast Shipping and Dependable Overall"
My order showed up right on time, which I definitely appreciated because I was kind of expecting at least a small delay. Everything went smoothly with the delivery, and overall it felt like a reliable experience from start to finish.

"Too expensive for what it is"
It just felt way overpriced to me. Like, I don’t mind paying more if the thing feels worth it, but here it didn’t really add up. You pay a lot and then kind of sit there thinking, yeah… that’s it? Not terrible, just not worth the money for me.

"Wrong order and late again"
I ordered expecting the usual, but they sent the wrong stuff and the shipping took forever again. At this point I kind of feel trapped because I keep hoping it’ll be better next time, but it’s the same hassle all over again.
